ACCPRO continues to provide recruitment support a City Centre based global technology firm. We are on the lookout for a strong Data Analyst for an initial 11-month contract. The ideal candidate will have strong Agile and Scrum skills as well as Workday certifications. €85k per year.
The role:
- Collaborate with internal partners to: identify, define, and clarify business requirements; translating needs into efficient reports and configurations that conform to standard methodologies and provide data driven insights.
- Utilize datasets across Workday and other applications to investigate key business trends, performance, issues, behaviors, and metrics
- Build organization-wide relationships to move initiatives forward and position ideas to enhance the likelihood of success.
- Develop technical expertise in various Workday technologies, including but not limited to, the reporting and analytics framework and security framework.
- Demonstrate business knowledge and expertise to uncover process gaps and work multi-functionally to formulate plans to improve support models.
- Participate in the organizational change and launch support processes.
- Facilitate review sessions with functional owners, domain specialists and end-user representatives.
- Coordinate and perform system testing to ensure requirements are met. Work closely with the project team during user acceptance testing (UAT); including tracking issues through to resolution and securing end user acceptance signoff.
- Contribute to documentation, QA, and organization of our analytics tooling.
What is needed:
- 3+ years data analysis experience
- Available for an 11-month contract
- Hybrid working - 50% in the office
- Thorough understanding of data modeling and reporting frameworks
- Ability to drive processes improvement strategies
