About the role:

Join our team to build a Greenfield subscription and billing model from the ground up. This initiative focuses on designing scalable, secure, and modern billing solutions, integrating with platforms such as Zuora or similar systems. You’ll work alongside a collaborative engineering team focused on CI/CD, AWS cloud infrastructure, and DevOps automation.

Responsibilities:

Software Development:

• Design, develop, test, and debug complex features for new and existing systems using C# and .NET Framework.
• Contribute to the creation of distributed systems and support the migration of legacy components.
• Ensure code follows TDD (Test-Driven Development) principles and is maintainable, secure, and scalable.

CI/CD & Deployment Pipelines:

• Collaborate with DevOps teams to design, optimize, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Support infrastructure deployment using AWS services and tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation.

Code Review & Quality Assurance:

• Review code contributions from peers and provide constructive feedback to ensure adherence to best practices.
• Promote continuous improvement of coding standards, architecture, and software design.

Collaboration & Delivery:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and DevOps to deliver high-quality, reliable software solutions.
• Participate in architectural discussions and provide input on technology decisions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with C# and .NET Framework.
• Strong understanding of AWS cloud services and CI/CD principles.
• Familiarity with DevOps tooling (Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation, or similar).
• Experience with TDD and solid knowledge of software testing practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred:

• Experience integrating with Zuora or similar billing/subscription platforms.
• Exposure to distributed systems or microservice architectures.
• Knowledge of modern .NET (Core/6/8) frameworks.
