CoinTR is a leading cryptocurrency exchange platform, empowering users to buy, sell, and manage digital assets with ease and security. We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team and assist customers with technical inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely solutions. The ideal candidate is passionate about cryptocurrency, customer-focused, and possesses technical troubleshooting skills.


Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain the stability of the Cointr trading platform
  • Respond to user inquiries and provide technical solutions via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide technical support to customer service and operations departments
  • Diagnose and resolve system issues and malfunctions
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and fix bugs
  • Participate in system upgrades and optimizations
  • Document technical procedures and contribute to knowledge base articles
  • Communicate and cooperate with Turkey regulatory authorities on behalf of the company, and cooperate with regulatory authorities to conduct technical audits


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience in technical support or a similar role, preferably in the blockchain or financial technology industry
  • Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python)
  • Familiarity with database management, network protocols, and system administration
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Passion for blockchain technology and digital currencies
  • Language Proficiency: English: Fluent (Speaking, Reading, Writing), Turkish: Fluent (Speaking, Reading, Writing)
