About the Role

StaffHost Digital is working with a leading technology consultancy that’s driving cloud transformation across the Nordics. We’re now looking for an experienced Cloud Security Architect to join their team in Oslo. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to large-scale modernisation projects and help shape the future of secure cloud solutions for market-leading clients.

In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of digital innovation – advising clients on cloud security strategies, assessing risks, implementing best practices, and introducing new technologies that strengthen security postures in hybrid and multi-cloud environments. You’ll collaborate closely with talented consultants who share your passion for technology and want to make a genuine impact on the digital future.

What You’ll Do

• Act as a trusted advisor and architect for clients, guiding them through secure cloud transformations.
• Conduct security assessments and audits, identifying potential risks and proposing improvements.
• Lead implementation of new technologies, frameworks, and processes to enhance cloud and hybrid environments.
• Perform value and risk assessments across client solution portfolios.
• Contribute to the continuous development of internal security offerings and best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a consultant, advisor, or architect within IT security.
• Strong technical understanding of cloud security and associated challenges in hybrid environments.
• Experience with security architecture and frameworks across on-premise, hybrid, and cloud infrastructures.
• Relevant education (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience).
• Certifications such as ISO27001, COBIT, CCSP, or CISSP are highly desirable.
• Positive and proactive mindset, with excellent communication skills and a passion for collaboration.
