Are you ready to take responsibility for Data & Analytics in a large and dynamic organization?

We are looking for someone with experience in data sources, data platforms, and analytics tools such as SAP BW, Snowflake, and Power BI. You are motivated by complex challenges and want to contribute to strategic development through insight-driven decision-making. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with both technology and business, and you will be a key player in our digital transformation.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop ABB Norway’s Data & Analytics strategy and operations
  • Promote data-driven decision-making and business development
  • Coordinate and grow the Analytics team, acting as a link between vendors and business units
  • Manage and enhance the Data Warehouse based on process knowledge
  • Create structure and synergy between Master Data and transactional data
  • Translate strategic initiatives into concrete deliverables


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field
  • Experience in leading technology and teams
  • Interest in data platform architecture and Master Data management
  • Familiarity with SAP Analytics, Snowflake, and ERP systems (SAP FI/CO preferred, but other ERP experience will be considered)

  • Strong communication skills in both Norwegian and English
  • Self-driven, proactive, and goal-oriented
