Salary: $140,000-$180,000+Super

Work Model: Hybrid (3 Days WFH)

We’re looking for a Backend Engineer with strong fundamentals in Node.js and database design, someone who loves solving deep technical problems and writing clean, scalable code. You’ll work on high-performance backend systems, data pipelines, and APIs that form the backbone of a mission-critical platform used globally.

What You’ll Do

• Design and build backend services for a large-scale web platform.
• Work across complex data models and PostgreSQL databases, ensuring performance and scalability.
• Develop and maintain APIs and integration layers for distributed systems.
• Contribute to architecture discussions, code reviews, and automation best practices.
• Collaborate closely with frontend, data, and infrastructure teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

Requirements:

• Strong experience with Node.js (NestJS a plus).
• Deep understanding of data structures, SQL, and relational database design.
• Experience with PostgreSQL in production environments.
• Exposure to large, complex systems (ERP, CRM, or similar).
• Background in Go, Rust, or C is highly regarded.
