You'll be stepping into a Mid-level Full-Stack Developer role that offers a modern tech stack and clear pathways to advance your career in a growing organisation that prioritises progression for its people.

Role Overview:

• Design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge software solutions on modern, cloud-based platforms, ensuring high quality and architecture standards.
• Manage Agile delivery by owning project priorities, deadlines, and the team's contribution to the broader roadmap.
• Collaborate and innovate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, sharing expertise and best practices to drive product success.
• Operate as a "manager of one" proactively driving outcomes, setting goals, and delivering high-quality software autonomously.

What You'll Ideally Have:

• Proven full-stack development experience across C# & .NET, EF Core, and a modern web UI (e.g., React/TypeScript).
• A deep understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns to deliver efficient, maintainable code in an Agile environment.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and setting up automated deployment pipelines using CI/CD (e.g., Azure DevOps).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to operate effectively and autonomously in a fast-paced, high-ownership team.
