We are looking for a talented and committed HR Specialist to play a critical role in one of our HR Teams.


Scope

Responsible in the area of competence for ensuring the management of employees in accordance with Company policies and rules and contributing to the implementation and improvement of Company HR processes.


HR Specialist works with teams, managers, and key stakeholders to help build organization and people capability, and shape and implement effective people strategies and activities within the organization.


General duties

The HR Specialist will directly report to the HR Lead of the Team


He/she is responsible for:

  • guaranteeing assistance to the line about staff (workers and employees)
  • managing the HR KPIs (headcounts, overtime, vacation days, injuries, etc.)
  • resourcing the organization (recruitment, assignments, internal mobility)
  • ensuring that all issues are properly identified, reported and resolved.
  • ensuring the correct application of Local Law, Collective Agreement and Company Regulations and managing the internal trade union relations
  • support the business to improve the decisions


Requirements

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experiences:

  • Master degree in Law
  • Previous experience in Human Resources is a plus
  • Fluent in English
  • Demonstrate ability to motivate others and influence work behaviors
  • Strong communication skills
  • Pro-active, enthusiastic and committed person
  • Positive thinking approach
  • Good knowledge of MS Office suite completes the profile


We offer an apprenticeship contract of 36 months.
