Scrummaster

About the role:

We are looking for a Scrum Master to support an agile team within the "Customer Servicing and Efficiency" tribe for one of Randstad Digital's clients. This tribe aims to optimize the client's Contact Strategy by providing solutions for remote interactions, process automation, and fraud prevention (phishing, vishing, etc.).

The Scrum Master is the key figure in a project following the Scrum methodology. You will ensure the team fully understands the agile process and help them maximize project results. You will protect the team from internal and external distractions and ensure the Scrum methodology is effectively applied.

Responsibilities:

Project Follow-up:

• Set up and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, Sprint Planning, Retrospective) and other relevant meetings
• Schedule and follow the key steps of the Scrum methodology
• Ensure smooth execution of Scrum methodology and assist the team in overcoming obstacles
• Provide support to the Product Owner regarding the Product Backlog
• Assist the team in delivering the Definition of Done (DoD) and Sprint Backlog
• Track team capacity and velocity metrics for planning and progress purposes
• Report progress to all stakeholders

Project Methodology and Coaching:

• Coach and challenge the team to improve performance
• Help the team overcome difficulties and foster self-organization
• Remove barriers to team effectiveness and protect the team from outside distractions
• Create and track a delivery timeline as Delivery Owner
• Promote agile methods within the organization
• Report on the deployment of Scrum methodology in projects to management

Risk & Issue Management:

• Actively identify and manage risks and issues

Required Experience and Knowledge:

Technical Experience (Mandatory):

• At least 8 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of agile reporting and tracking tools (e.g., Rally)
• Understanding of automated testing tools and continuous integration
• Solid knowledge of software development methodologies and project management methodologies

Preferred Experience:

• Knowledge of IT architecture and Full Stack development
• Experience in the banking sector and with banking products
• Experience with Chatbot technologies
