💼 About The Role

This role is part of the Flowmingo Partner Program, where you’ll collaborate directly with Flowmingo to introduce our platform to recruitment and staffing firms. You’ll help agencies modernize their hiring process with AI-driven interviews, demonstrate how Flowmingo saves time and improves fairness, and earn commissions when your referred firms onboard successfully.

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Introduce Flowmingo to recruitment and staffing firms in your network.
• Help agencies integrate Flowmingo’s AI interview tools into their workflow.
• Educate clients on how AI-led interviews improve shortlisting speed and candidate quality.
• Provide product feedback from recruiters to improve Flowmingo’s experience.
• Earn performance-based commissions for successful client activations.
