About the Role

A Frontend Developer position is available with a growing product-based business working on innovative web applications. This is a role designed to add depth and experience to a small, high-performing team delivering new software products from the ground up.

You will work closely with the Development Team Lead to design and build modern frontend applications using React. The role will suit someone with 4+ years of hands-on React experience who enjoys working end-to-end across the development lifecycle and contributing ideas to improve delivery and usability.

You’ll be joining a collaborative environment where your technical input is valued, and your work directly contributes to developing data-driven, client-facing applications featuring interactive visualisations and modern interfaces.

This position is four days per week in the office, with one day working from home.

You Should Have

• 4+ years of commercial experience with React and modern frontend development

• Strong understanding of component-based architecture and state management

• Proven experience delivering production-ready web applications

• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a small team

Nice to Have

• Experience with Next.js

• Exposure to Node.js and Docker

• Familiarity with Azure or cloud-based environments
