About the Role

We are looking for a talented Research / Applied Research Engineer with 4–5 years of experience in algorithm development, model design, and experimentation. The candidate will contribute to cutting-edge AI/ML projects, translating research into practical solutions with real-world impact.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct research and applied research in machine learning and AI to design novel algorithms and models.

Develop, experiment, and optimize models to solve complex problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research outcomes into products.

Analyze and interpret data to guide model development and improvement.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in ML/AI research and apply innovative approaches.

Document methodologies, experiments, and results for internal knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

4–5 years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Applied AI research.

Strong background in algorithm development, statistical modeling, and experimentation.

Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

Experience in research publications or implementation of research algorithms is a plus.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Fluent in Swedish.

Nice to Have

Experience in MLOps or deploying research models to production.

Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for research experiments.

Exposure to NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI applications.
