We’re looking for a talented Digital Product Designer to join a leading financial services organization on a 12-month+ contract. This is a chance to shape digital experiences used by millions while collaborating with a dynamic, cross-functional team in a hybrid work environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead interaction design strategy, improving user experiences through research, ideation, and workshops.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and design artifacts that communicate flows, touchpoints, and interactions.
• Facilitate usability testing, conduct research, and perform design audits to inform product decisions.
• Present design solutions to stakeholders and act as a subject-matter expert for interaction design.

Must-Have:

• BA/BS in Design (Interaction, Visual, Product, Industrial), HCI, CS, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years designing interfaces across multiple platforms.
• Experience integrating user research into design solutions.
• Proficient with Figma, Mural, UserTesting.com, and other design/prototyping tools.
• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design strategy.
• Bilingual in English and French (written & spoken).

Nice-to-Have:

• MA/MS in Design or related field.
• Experience with research methods, agile teams, and large organizations.
• Appreciation for design thinking methodology.
