About this role

We’re seeking a Digital Analyst to partner closely with our Product and Marketing teams, using data-driven insights to shape strategy and drive commercial performance. You’ll play a key role in supporting go-to-market initiatives, identifying emerging trends and opportunities, and delivering impactful pre- and post-campaign analysis. Strong communication skills are essential, as is a solid foundation in SQL. You’ll have hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI, and ideally some familiarity with analytics platforms like Google Analytics. Exposure to Python would be highly regarded.

This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about using analytics to influence marketing outcomes and enjoys blending strategic thinking with technical expertise.

• Dive into data to uncover how users engage with WebJet's websites and digital products, turning insights into actions that drive performance across desktop, mobile, and app experiences.
• Build and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports that bring campaign, channel, and customer trends to life.
• Turn complex analytics into clear, impactful stories that inspire smarter decisions across marketing and product teams.
• Spot opportunities, optimise campaigns, and fuel growth through a deep understanding of user behaviour and performance metrics.
• Partner with stakeholders to enhance tracking, test new ideas, and unlock the full potential of data-driven initiatives.
• Champion collaboration and data accessibility, empowering teams to explore insights and make confident, informed decisions.
