OT Security Strategist (Field CISO)

We are looking for a PrivX OT Security Strategist to strengthen SSH’s PrivX Zero Trust business unit’s OT/ICS cybersecurity strategy and help customers secure their operational environments.

As PrivX OT Security Strategist, you will operate between customers, product management, and sales within the PrivX team. You’ll bring OT field insight into product design, packaging, and pricing, ensuring our PrivX offering remains competitive in industrial cybersecurity. You’ll work both strategically and hands-on shaping go-to-market actions, creating enablement content with marketing and sales, and representing SSH in customer meetings and industry events.

Your Responsibilities

• Serve as the OT cybersecurity subject-matter expert for the PrivX Zero Trust business unit
• Translate OT customer needs into PrivX product and market actions
• Define segment-specific packaging, pricing, and go-to-market models
• Support Sales and Marketing with enablement materials and messaging
• Share thought leadership through training, events, and keynotes
• Represent SSH at customer meetings and industry events
  
  

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a CISO or senior cybersecurity leader in OT/ICS environments
• Strong grasp of industrial procurement, PoC, and compliance processes
• Mastery of modern product and go-to-market methods (Agile, Lean, OKRs)
• Technical fluency in cybersecurity architectures and integrations
• Clear communicator who can bridge executive, technical, and operational teams
• Familiar with product and analytics tools (Jira, CRM, BI) and data-driven decisions
