🎯 Mission

We’re looking for a Production Engineer (Ops) to join our operations team and ensure seamless service continuity for our clients. You’ll play a key role in maintaining and optimizing production environments, ensuring applications and workflows run smoothly and efficiently.

Your mission is to keep our client interfaces in perfect operational condition during defined service periods, working collaboratively in shifts (06:00–22:00). You’ll also contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at evolving our workflows toward modern DevOps practices.

🔧 Responsibilities

• Schedule and execute operational and production tasks for IT resources.
• Integrate and deploy applications into production environments (Jenkins, GitHub).
• Monitor monthly releases and create/execute Ansible playbooks.
• Supervise daily batch processes using Bash on Linux.
• Monitor business applications, implement RPA, and perform end-to-end business monitoring.
• Track and analyze performance metrics to ensure optimal system health.
• Manage operational incidents (diagnosis, intervention, alerts).
• Develop control procedures and conduct first-/second-level incident analysis.
• Collaborate on DevOps transformation initiatives.

• Operating systems: Linux (scripting), Windows (PowerShell)
• File transfer: MFT GoAnywhere
• Tools: Jenkins, GitHub, Ansible, Control-M (or equivalent)
• Containerization: Kubernetes

• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and continuous delivery
