Role Description:

Motion design and Visual design Design and produce multimedia content and visual assets (e.g., videos, animations, illustrations, icons) following client design guidelines.

Create and adapt UXUI components and layouts that ensure consistency, accessibility, and alignment with project objectives.

Design different models based on client guidelines and use cases, coherent and consistent with client visual language

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (design, development, communications, and learning) to ensure cohesive design delivery and content alignment.

Contribute to UUI design tasks such as wireframing, prototyping, user flow definition, and usability improvements.

Support design documentation and handoff to developers or other stakeholders

Required Skills

Bachelors degree in Design, Multimedia, Human Computer Interaction, or a related field.

Hands-on experience on Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, After Effects (Adobe), Audacity, Audition (Adobe) or similar and knowledge on design principles, lighting and composition.

Experience with graphic design and video editing.

Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.

Excellent organizational skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with SPMs, SMEs, and other stakeholders.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Strong sense of visual storytelling
