Pay: $40-50/hr incorp

Must haves:

• 5-6+ years of experience supporting Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, preferably CyberArk Vault

• Knowledge of IT service management frameworks such as incident management and change management

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proven ability to meet deadlines and work in fast-paced environments

Nice to haves:

• Certifications in ITIL, CyberArk, or related technologies

• Experience supporting identity and access management (IAM) systems or security operations

• Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Jira

Job Description:

Insight Global is looking for an IT Analyst to support one of our enterprise clients on their Privileged Access Management team. This role will focus on maintaining and enhancing the organization’s PAM solutions, with a preference for experience in CyberArk Vault. The ideal candidate will also have a solid understanding of IT service management practices, particularly in incident and change management processes.

Responsibilities:

• Support and manage the organization’s CyberArk Vault platform, including account onboarding, policy configuration, and troubleshooting

• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure access and control policies are followed and enforced

• Respond to incidents and service requests related to PAM in a timely and efficient manner

• Participate in change management processes, providing technical documentation and impact assessments

• Monitor PAM system performance and work to proactively identify risks and potential improvements

• Assist with audits and compliance reviews as they relate to privileged access

• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to support system integrity and operational security
