What We’re Looking For
Strong work ethic and ownership mindset.
Excellent proactive communication — you’ll be speaking directly with founders and need to be crisp, clear, and thorough (both written and verbal).
Ability to stay focused and execute without distractions.
What You’ll Do
First 30 Days
Training period: work alongside a senior Program Manager/Account Manager.
Assist with managing the hiring pipeline for their portfolio companies.
Source candidates using Weekday’s proprietary database.
Shadow weekly check-in calls with client founders.
Next 60 Days
Work directly with our COO (Sanjay).
Own your own portfolio of client companies.
Lead weekly check-in calls with founders/hiring managers.
Source and engage candidates.
Manage candidate progress through interviews, resolving blockers.
Take full responsibility for revenue from your portfolio.
Beyond 90 Days
You’ll be assigned a sourcing team members to support you in managing and growing your portfolio.
