We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking SAFe Agile Coach and Transformation Manager to join our client’s organization. In this key role, you will drive the successful adoption of Agile methodologies across teams and departments, with a strong focus on the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Acting as a change agent, you will guide leaders and delivery teams through the transformation process, helping the organization evolve toward a fully Agile way of working.
The ideal candidate is a recognized expert in Agile and SAFe principles, experienced in managing large-scale transformation programs, and comfortable working in complex IT environments undergoing modernization.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the organization’s Agile transformation program based on the SAFe framework.
- Coach teams, product owners, and leaders to embed Agile principles, values, and practices across the organization.
- Design and implement transformation roadmaps that align with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen Agile maturity.
- Support the decommissioning of legacy systems and oversee the transition to modern technologies and platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build high-performing, scalable, and customer-centric digital platforms.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and transparency across delivery teams.
- Minimum 15 years of experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Transformation Manager, driving Agile adoption within large organizations.
- Deep understanding of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and other Agile methodologies, with over 10 years of hands-on experience.
- Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) and SAFe Agilist (SA).
- Proven experience leading decommissioning or modernization programs transitioning from legacy to modern technology.
- At least 5 years of experience in building and managing high-performance web or digital platforms.
- Strong background in integrating SaaS solutions and delivering e-commerce systems.
- 20+ years of experience managing IT delivery teams in complex organizational settings.
- Fluent in English (minimum C1 level).
- Fluent in Dutch or French (minimum C1 level).
- At least 2 years of experience working within a public transport or similar operational environment.
