KData Inc is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst (Power BI Specialist) to join our Project Management Office. In this role, you will design and deliver impactful dashboards and performance reports that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

You will focus on developing, optimizing, and maintaining Power BI dashboards and analytics tools that create real business value, while collaborating with stakeholders across multiple business units.

This position is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, Power BI expertise, and a passion for transforming data into actionable insights.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Design and propose KPIs and interactive dashboard layouts aligned with business needs.
• Manage the dashboard lifecycle, including development, testing, communication, and deployment.
• Present dashboards and analytical insights to stakeholders across the organization.
• Recommend technical and analytical improvements for dashboard performance and usability.
• Prepare user documentation and training materials for developed dashboards.
• Monitor and ensure proper functioning of the Power BI workspace.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance reporting processes and business tools.
• Support change management efforts related to the rollout of new dashboards and analytics tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Intelligence, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong technical expertise in Power BI, including dashboard development, report design, and data visualization best practices.
• Proven experience gathering and documenting business requirements for analytics solutions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French (verbal and written).

• Experience with ServiceNow reporting and data integration.
• Exposure to manufacturing, transportation, automotive, or aerospace sectors.
• Experience working in multisite and multinational organizations.
