Financial industry experience is Plus
Senior Associate Experience: 8–10 years, with 3–4 years directly managing scrum teams
- Certification: Certified Scrum Master and/or SAFe Agilist required
- Role Expectations:
- Strong reporting capabilities at the management level
- Proven ability to plan and execute successful scrum events
- Must be proactive in escalating risks and clearly communicating blockers
