THE ROLE
As Principal Frontend Engineer, you’ll set the technical vision for our web clients (React/Next.js and/or Vue/Nuxt), lifting performance, accessibility, and reliability. You’ll partner with Product Design, Platform, and Growth to ship world-class UX at speed.

THE ROLE
As Principal Frontend Engineer, you’ll set the technical vision for our web clients (React/Next.js and/or Vue/Nuxt), lifting performance, accessibility, and reliability. You’ll partner with Product Design, Platform, and Growth to ship world-class UX at speed.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
- Own frontend architecture: app composition, routing, data-fetching, state, design system.
- Lead performance strategy (Core Web Vitals budgets, hydration/server components/edge).
- Champion accessibility (WCAG AA), internationalisation, and resilience patterns.
- Define testing strategy (unit, integration, E2E with Playwright/Cypress).
- Mentor FE guild, run design reviews, raise code quality and standards.
- Partner on experimentation platform and analytics instrumentation.
- 8–12+ years frontend engineering; staff/principal scope.
- Expert TypeScript with React/Next and/or Vue/Nuxt.
- Proven Core Web Vitals improvements (LCP/INP/CLS), SSR/SSG/ISR experience.
- Strong testing, build tooling (Vite/Webpack), and CI.
- Excellent UX/product sense and communication.
