About The Role

We are seeking a Java Fullstack Developer (Junior to Mid-Level) to join our Shared Services Center in Porto, supporting key digital transformation initiatives across Europe.

You’ll be part of the Front Office Digital Factory Team, working on the continuous development and optimization of three in-house applications that support consultant skills & careers, staffing, and organizational sales.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in an international, Agile environment, developing high-quality solutions using Java, SQL, and Angular — while collaborating closely with business and technical teams.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance custom applications using Java (backend) and Angular (frontend).
• Support ongoing digital transformation projects by implementing new features and optimizing existing functionalities.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Managers, and Business Analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in problem resolution, investigating code and databases to identify and fix issues within defined SLAs.
• Collaborate with L3 and L4 support teams to resolve complex incidents.
• Participate actively in SCRUM ceremonies (planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups).
• Partner with QA teams to validate developments and ensure delivery quality.
• Contribute to Quality Assurance goals, improving test coverage (unit and API tests).
• Continuously improve development practices by following Digital Factory standards and Agile principles.
  
  

Technical Skills (Mandatory)

⚠️ To be considered, your CV must clearly include the following:

• 1-4 years of experience in fullstack development (backend + frontend).
• Java knowledge and experience in developing backend applications.
• SQL skills (queries, procedures, optimization).
• Experience with Angular (2+ versions).
• Understanding of software design patterns and best practices.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Azure Pipelines experience is a plus).
• Experience in Agile (SCRUM) development environments.

• Experience in cloud-based environments (Azure).
• Knowledge of API testing and automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with unit and integration testing tools (JUnit, Mockito, etc.).
