Your mission

• Spearhead the backend development of our in-house ChatGPT application, adopting a DevOpsSec approach within an agile framework
• Engage with multi-disciplinary teams to drive and apply system alterations and ongoing enhancements
• Oversee backend validation testing, migrations, and assist with User Acceptance Testing
• Integrate and sustain new data sources within the application's ecosystem.
• Provide dedicated technical support to the ChatGPT application's internal user base
• Act as a knowledge-sharing pillar, offering guidance and support to peers in backend development

Required superpowers

• At least 3 years of backend development experience with Python or Java, being willing to work on Python language
• Strong ability to construct stable, scalable, and efficient backend services
• Proficiency with various database technologies (SQL or NoSQL)
• A solid grasp of security principles in backend development and operational processes
• Knowledge of IT processes and the full software development lifecycle
• Knowledge of deployment pipelines for efficient software delivery
• Demonstrable experience with Agile methodologies, including SCRUM or Kanban
• Analytical, results-driven, and methodical in problem-solving
• Fluent in English, with strong communication skills
• Professional experience with cloud services on AWS and Azure is a plus
