💼 What You'll Bring:

• Experience: 5+ years as a Project Manager in IT/software development, with proven success in Agile environments.
• Project & People Management: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects from initiation to delivery.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to articulate objectives, risks, and progress clearly to all stakeholders.
• Technical Competence: Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Gantt charts).
• Domain Knowledge: Experience in the online casino / iGaming industry is a strong advantage.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and decision-making skills, capable of resolving issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability: Comfortable managing change and shifting priorities with a proactive mindset.
• Technical Background: Previous experience in technical positions (Deveveloper, QA,..) is highly valued; understanding of web technologies and SDLC is beneficial;
• Relationship Building: Skilled in establishing and maintaining productive relationships with stakeholders, partners, and remote teams.
• Attitude: Positive, “can-do” mindset with a focus on results and long-term value.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent practical experience;
• Language: Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken).

📋 Your Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Management

• Engage proactively with stakeholders to understand priorities, align expectations,
• and maintain consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure decisions and changes are clearly documented and communicated.

Project Planning & Execution

• Develop detailed project plans aligned with business goals and available resources.
• Define timelines, milestones, and deliverables with clear ownership and
• accountability.

Performance & Risk Management

• Track project performance using defined KPIs to ensure alignment with targets.
• Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.

Agile Leadership

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) that
• drive productivity and transparency.
• Coach teams on Agile principles to promote collaboration, accountability, and
• continuous improvement, keep task status up to date in Jira at all times.
• Partner with Product Owners to maintain a clear, prioritized, and actionable product backlog.

Team Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Foster a culture of open communication, teamwork, and shared responsibility.
• Lead retrospectives and ensure action items are implemented to improve team
• performance and delivery processes.
• Encourage adherence to best practices across development, testing, code reviews,
• and release management.

Task & Delivery Oversight

• Delegate tasks effectively, considering team members’ strengths and workload
• balance.
• Ensure timely completion of project milestones and quality deliverables.
