About the team:

You will be joining a newly formed and fast-growing team dedicated to innovation and excellence. Leveraging the latest technologies and adhering to modern development standards, we are building next-generation Airline Operations Control solutions. Designed for global use and tailored to the needs of large and complex airlines such as Turkish Airlines, our solutions aim to set new standards in the industry, solving operational challenges with precision, scalability, and real-time accuracy.

About the Role:

We are seeking a visionary Solution Architect to lead the design and architecture of our Airline Operations Control solutions. You will transform bespoke operational solutions into scalable, sustainable, and globally competitive software products. This strategic role bridges technology, product, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end solution architectures for complex, modular, and integrated OCC systems
• Lead transformation of existing operational software into productized, scalable platforms
• Conduct technical requirement analysis, system integration, and RFP evaluations
• Provide architecture governance and technical guidance during implementation projects
• Identify opportunities for innovation leveraging AI, optimization, and advanced analytics
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data privacy, and aviation operational standards
• Lead architecture workshops, technical assessments, and product enablement sessions

Perfect Match:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field
• 10+ years in software development, solution architecture, or enterprise system design
• Proven experience transforming bespoke operational solutions into scalable products
• Proven experience designing of microservices and event-driven architectures
• Performance tuning and scalability considerations for high-volume systems
• Strong expertise in secure software architecture principles (OWASP, NIST, ISO 27001)
• Knowledge of application security, data privacy, and compliance standards
• Ability to perform security reviews and guide development teams
• Strong expertise in distributed systems, integration frameworks, API management, and cloud-native platforms
• Experience in aviation operations software, optimization solutions, OCC systems, or airline mission-critical solutions
• Strong product-oriented mindset combined with customer-centric solution design capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
• Fluent in English
