About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our development team. In this role, you will contribute to the development and enhancement of enterprise-level applications by working closely with backend, frontend, and product teams.

You will participate in the design, development, and maintenance of scalable software solutions while following modern software development standards and best practices.

As a Full Stack Developer, you will

• Develop and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate/JPA

• Build modern and responsive user interfaces using React

• Design and implement RESTful APIs

• Design and manage database interactions using ORM technologies such as Hibernate/JPA

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle including design, development, testing, and deployment

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality and scalable software solutions

• Contribute to coding standards, documentation, and best practices

• Maintain and enhance existing applications based on evolving business needs

• Support the development of modern AI-first applications and intelligent capabilities where applicable

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience with Java

• Experience with Spring Boot / Spring Framework

• Experience with Hibernate / JPA or other ORM frameworks

• Frontend development experience with React

• Knowledge of RESTful web services

• Experience with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.)

• Basic understanding of microservice architecture

• Familiarity with Git-based development workflows

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment

• Familiarity with RedHat Openshift, or other cloud platforms

• Experience with message brokers or event-driven architectures (Kafka, etc.)

• Knowledge of NoSQL databases

• Interest in AI technologies and intelligent software systems
