Machine Learning Engineer - Abu Dhabi

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer with 6 plus years of experience in the finance domain to join a growing data and AI team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in MLOps, Azure, and cloud-based ML deployment, with a passion for building scalable, production-grade ML systems that drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for financial applications (risk modeling, forecasting, customer analytics, fraud detection, etc.)
• Implement MLOps pipelines for continuous integration, model versioning, deployment, and monitoring
• Work with cross-functional teams (Data Engineers, Analysts, and Software Developers) to deliver end-to-end ML solutions
• Optimize ML models for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency on Azure and other cloud platforms
• Ensure compliance, model governance, and data security in accordance with financial regulations

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer (preferably in finance or fintech)
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• Hands-on experience with Azure Machine Learning, Azure DevOps, or AWS/GCP equivalents
• Strong knowledge of MLOps principles, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with data engineering tools and cloud data pipelines
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
