- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Agile Delivery Lead.
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP, Lean) and Agile scaling methods.
- Proven track record of coaching multiple Agile teams and guiding organizational transformation.
- Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Rally, VersionOne, Azure DevOps, or Trello.
