- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Agile Delivery Lead.
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP, Lean) and Agile scaling methods.
