About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our growing technology team. You will play a key role in designing, automating, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery of high-quality software. This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in the UK, offering long-term stability and career growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery.
  • Manage and optimise infrastructure across cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
  • Implement and support Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Build and maintain containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Monitor system performance, reliability, and security through modern tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).
  • Collaborate with software engineers, QA, and operations teams to automate processes and ensure smooth deployments.
  • Manage configuration, scaling, and troubleshooting of production environments.
  • Implement best practices for DevSecOps, ensuring compliance and secure deployments.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 0-8 years experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
  • Proficiency in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation).
  • Scripting experience in Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
  • Strong grasp of networking, Linux administration, and automation principles.
