Currently, for the new Seargin project we are looking for a Project Manager:

• B2B/permanent contract
• Hybrid from Warsaw (Poland)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with solution architects, analysts, developers, and Product Owners (PO);
• Meeting with business stakeholders;
• Managing the project team;
• Contracting and accepting project deliverables;
• Managing the project budget;
• Organizing team activities through rituals, practices, decision-making, and moderating meetings (using agile methodologies);
• Setting task priorities and reporting progress.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in project management;
• Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint;
• Ability to manage issues and resolve conflicts;
• Proactive approach and willingness to learn;
• Knowledge of agile methodologies is a plus.
