Your role and responsabilities:

• Design, implement, and support LAN/WAN infrastructure with a strong focus on Azure Cloud, security, and next-gen connectivity
• Troubleshoot complex network issues (Tier 3)
• Work with cutting-edge tech: Cisco Firepower, Silver Peak SD-WAN, Nexus 9K/7K, Zscaler, Citrix NetScaler, and more
• Collaborate globally and contribute to 24x7 operations
• Lead technical trainings and support continuous improvement

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Deep experience + CCNP certification
• Deep expertise in routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, and cloud networking
• Strong documentation, communication, and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP is a big plus!
• Available for hybrid work in São Paulo, SP (or Curitiba, PR and São Leopoldo, RS)
• Advanced English
