Working Hours: 9 am – 5 pm EST

About the role:

What you’ll be doing:
- Develop, test, and maintain PHP-based web applications and APIs
- Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and product managers to ship new features
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability
- Troubleshoot, debug, and refactor existing code to improve maintainability
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practices
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends
- 3–5 years of experience in PHP development
- Strong knowledge of Laravel or similar PHP frameworks
- Proficiency with MySQL or other relational databases
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration practices
- Experience with version control systems like Git
- Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
- Experience working in Agile teams is a plus
