Project Manager

We are looking for a project manager (software engineer coordination) to work for our client in Luxembourg

Contract Duration: 15 December 2025 – 7 August 2026

Extension: Possible (6 months)

Location: Luxembourg (onsite 80%)

Languages: English (C1), French (nice to have)

Experience: Bachelor + 8 years minimum

Objectives

You’ll coordinate a transversal team of software engineers supporting various application teams in:

• Transition and migration acceleration
• Obsolescence management
• Workload peak support

Service Description

• Manage projects from charter to completion
• Define strategies, plans, deliverables, and risk management frameworks
• Lead project execution, ensuring quality and progress tracking
• Report to Steering Committees and ensure effective communication
• Monitor costs, timelines, and resources — proactively managing deviations
• Prepare detailed status and quality reports
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams

Deliverables

• Emails, ServiceNow tickets, Jira legacy tickets
• Office documentation, Wiki pages

Technical Skills

• Strong project management expertise (methodology-certified)
• Proficient with project management tools (PMO/PMIS, Jira, ServiceNow, etc.)
• Practical experience reporting to senior management committees
