IT Administrator

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Administrator to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless network operations, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting end-users. This role is critical in maintaining operational efficiency and cybersecurity standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
• Handling Call Center Softwares.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
• Ensure the security of data, network access, and backup systems.
• Set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
• Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
• Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions.
• Support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems.
• Maintain technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for procurement and support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience as an IT Administrator, System Administrator, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, hardware, and software.
• Experience with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, firewalls, and antivirus programs.
• Solid understanding of data backup, recovery, and security protocols.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).

Preferred Certifications (Optional but Advantageous):

• CompTIA A+ / Network+ / Security+
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator / MCSA
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
