We are looking to hire a Senior Product Designer in Ukraine to support the development of AI-driven solutions in the Global Digital Marketing team of a Leading Agricultural Company. Engineers will work on projects involving generative AI, intelligent agents, and process automation, integrating with large-scale enterprise systems. The current goal is to design a user interface that communicates with two LLM agents responsible for producing marketing campaign materials, including campaign information, images, presentations, slogans, and other relevant content.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, to deliver exceptional design solutions.
• Advocate for users by creating and presenting human-centered design solutions that meet business and user needs.
• Conduct user research and synthesize insights to inform and validate design decisions.
• Design web and mobile solutions, taking projects from concept through implementation.
• Effectively communicate complex ideas through sketches, digital prototypes, and in-person presentations to stakeholders and project teams.
• Plan and facilitate online/offline workshops with stakeholders and project teams to align on goals and solutions.
• Create intuitive interactions and validate solutions using testing methods with and without users.
• Develop, reuse, and maintain Design Systems and UI kits to ensure consistency and scalability across projects.
• Incorporate accessibility principles into your designs, championing inclusive and human-centered experiences.
• Support team growth by mentoring colleagues in areas of your expertise.
• Share knowledge and insights through presentations and knowledge-sharing sessions for the design community.
• Contribute to agile development processes, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Strong understanding of the product design domain, including best practices and emerging trends.
• A minimum of 5 years of commercial experience in product design.
• Strong problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, fostering teamwork with internal and external stakeholders.
• Significant experience designing and delivering world-class digital experiences for mobile and desktop platforms.
• Proficiency in generative and evaluative research methods to inform design decisions.
• Deep understanding of fundamental visual and interactive design principles.
• Experience validating design solutions against WCAG guidelines, with and without user testing.
• A human-centered design approach involving rapid testing and iteration of solutions.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, rationale, and impactful results.
• Solid time management and prioritization skills for handling schedules in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
• Confidence in task and requirements analysis and effort estimation.
• Proficiency in design tools: Figma, FigJam.
• English proficiency at a B2+ level or higher.

Will be a plus:

• Experience in a GenAI domain or designing similar products (Chatbots, web applications for communications, etc.)
• Experience working with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar) and running A/B tests to inform design decisions.
