PepsiCo is on the lookout for a HR Coordinator to join our team in Eastgate, Cork on a specified purpose contract up to 12 months.
Reporting into the HR Operations Assoc Supervisor, in this role you will be responsible for providing a first-class front of hours reception service while also supporting the broader People team throughout the employee lifecycle.

Essential Criteria:

Reporting into the HR Operations Assoc Supervisor, in this role you will be responsible for providing a first-class front of hours reception service while also supporting the broader People team throughout the employee lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Operate an efficient front of house service in the assigned location where all visitors are tended to in a timely, professional, and friendly manner
- Manage all reception duties to include, but not limited to;
- Answering daily queries from employees
- Managing visitors to the site including organising Personal Protective Equipment gear where relevant
- ID badge creation
- Internal and external mail management
- Support the extended People Team in various tasks by providing an all-encompassing HR administrative support service to include, but not limited to:
- manage the employee life cycle and relevant HR processes across PGCS
- maintain employee and invoice filing to audit standards
- co-ordinate the HR Rota’s applicable across the HR Ops team
- roll out, coordination and follow up of designated HR initiatives
- ensuring all employee relations issues/queries are dealt with effectively and efficiently
- coordination of site reward & recognition requirements
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives within the People Team.
- A requirement of this role is that you must adhere to all PepsiCo Health, Safety & Environmental Requirements.
- The above is not an exhaustive list and the successful candidate will be expected to conduct all reasonable requests in line with their role and responsibilities
Essential Criteria:
- Recently graduated within the last 2 years in a relevant field (to NFQ Level 7 or above) with a minimum 2.1 qualification in same being highly preferred.
- HR degree or equivalent (CIPD qualified desirable)
- Excellent Interpersonal/Communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Exhibit a strong ‘can-do’, ‘will-do’ attitude and strong sense of urgency in meeting deadlines.
- Excellent Administration skills, coupled with an innate attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively as part of an extended HR Team
- Strong computer skills (experience of Kronos and SAP an advantage)
- Experience working in a multinational organisation and / or manufacturing industry is an advantage
- Results orientated and commitment to achieving objectives.
- Ability to integrate well within a team environment, both in person and remote
- Natural ability to adapt to change readily with ease, ability to handle unforeseen requests effectively
- High level of integrity and discretion essential
