About An Open Position

We are looking for a Tech Lead to join our team working on a Payments platform for one of the leading Scandinavian banks in Lithuania. You will lead the technical direction and guide a backend team developing and optimizing a high-performance financial system used across the Baltic region.

If you enjoy solving performance challenges, designing scalable solutions, and supporting others in achieving technical excellence, this role is for you.

YOU WILL:

  • Lead technical development and mentor backend developers;
  • Design and build microservices and APIs;
  • Ensure high system performance, stability, and code quality;
  • Contribute to architectural decisions, code reviews, and continuous improvement of development practices;
  • Collaborate with product owners and other teams to define technical requirements and deliver solutions;
  • Evaluate and introduce new tools or technologies to improve system efficiency and team productivity.


What We Expect You Will Bring

  • Strong hands-on experience with C#, REST APIs, Kafka, and Microservices;
  • Excellent SQL skills and understanding of performance optimization;
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps or other CI/CD tools;
  • Previous experience in a technical leadership or senior developer role;
  • Great communication and teamwork skills;
  • Fluent in English and Lithuanian;
  • Experience with Angular is a plus.

For this role, we offer a NETO (after taxes) salary range of 3200 - 4200 EUR/month. The final salary agreement is based on skills and experience.
