About An Open Position

Our client is a fast-growing tech company developing advanced Salesforce and AI-powered solutions for international and local clients across fintech, retail, logistics, healthcare, and other industries. They are looking for a Mid. level/Senior Salesforce Developer who enjoys tackling diverse projects, writing clean and efficient code, and growing their expertise within the Salesforce ecosystem.

You Will

Build and lead Salesforce solutions using best practices and scalable design;
Work on backend development, Apex-heavy tasks, and system integrations;
Create custom features with LWC, Aura, and Visualforce;
Support and improve document systems, APIs, and third-party integrations (e.g., Dokobit, SharePoint, HelloSign);
Work closely with clients, project managers, and teammates to deliver business logic;
Join exciting projects across fintech, retail, logistics, healthcare, and more.

What We Expect You Will Bring

2+ years of experience in Salesforce development;
Good backend coding skills with Apex;
Experience with LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce REST APIs;
Understanding of Salesforce architecture and scalability;
Frontend skills with JavaScript and HTML;
Good understanding of modern software development principles;
Strong communication skills in English and Lithuanian, with the ability to explain technical solutions clearly to non-technical people.

Nice To Have

Experience using DevOps tools and CI/CD (e.g., Gearset, Gitlab, VS Code);
Salesforce certifications;
Worked on projects with complex logic, data migration, or multi-brand Community portals;
Knowledge of other programming languages, systems, or frameworks;
Understanding of the Lithuanian fintech ecosystem or international e-commerce/HR projects.

We offer a gross (before taxes) salary range of 2500 – 4000 EUR/month for a Mid-level Developer and 4500 – 5800 EUR/month for a Senior Developer. The final salary offer depends on the candidate’s skills and experience.
