ERP Business Analyst

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated ERP Business Analyst (preferably with SAP Business One experience) to join our dynamic consulting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing ERP solutions that enhance efficiency, scalability, and business performance.

As an ERP Business Analyst, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, clients, and ERP vendors to ensure successful ERP design, deployment, and continuous optimization across multiple business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with business users and stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
• Analyze, document, and assess business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement using ERP solutions.
• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication of functional requirements and technical solutions.
• Collaborate with ERP vendors, consultants, and IT teams to configure and implement ERP systems tailored to the organization’s needs.
• Expertise in the documentation process and conversion of As Is Process and To Be Process and Blueprint Document
• Stay up to date with the latest ERP trends, functionalities, and industry best practices to propose continuous improvements.
• Work closely with project management teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 3-5 years as Business Analyst with ERP implementation experience, preferably SAP B1
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and core business functions (Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, Manufacturing)
• Skilled in requirements gathering, business process mapping, functional specs, and user stories
• Experience in system configuration, testing, and data analysis (SQL, Crystal Reports)
• Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Preferred: SAP B1 certification and Agile/Scrum methodology experience
