I am working with Big 4 Consultancy, who are looking for a Change Management Lead to drive organizational transformation and ensure business readiness across large-scale programs.

This is a key leadership role, perfect for someone who thrives on navigating complexity, influencing stakeholders, and embedding sustainable change across diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end change management and business readiness across major transformation programs
• Design and execute stakeholder engagement and communication strategies to ensure alignment and buy-in
• Drive training, adoption, and cultural alignment initiatives to support smooth implementation
• Enable a seamless transition to new operating models through structured change frameworks and governance

What You’ll Bring:

• 15–20 years of proven experience leading organizational change within large, complex transformation programs
• Strong background in communications strategy, stakeholder management, and business readiness
• Exceptional leadership, influencing, and facilitation skills
• Experience working across multi-disciplinary teams in dynamic environments
