Your mission: Bring Myntra’s stories and culture to life visually. As part of the Employer Branding team, you’ll design creative assets that inform, engage, and inspire. From mailers and standees to T-shirt designs and event branding, your work will shape how our people experience Myntra every day. This isn’t just about making things look good, it’s about turning ideas into moments that people feel.

Your Key Impact Areas

• Creative Design: Develop visually stunning assets such as HTML mailers, standees, tent cards, T-shirt designs, digital banners, web pages, design templates, and more for internal campaigns and platforms.
• Motion & Digital Formats: Convert static mailers into mp4 and design other dynamic formats to make communication more engaging.
• Event Branding: Design collaterals for org-wide events, ensuring a consistent and vibrant Myntra look and feel.
• AI-powered Creativity: Use new-age AI tools to generate and enhance creative concepts efficiently.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support initiatives across the organization.
• Brand Stewardship: Ensure all creative work aligns with Myntra’s visual language, tone, and brand guidelines.

• Visually engaging, on-brand creatives that speak attention and drive participation.
• Smooth and timely creative support for org-wide campaigns and events.
• Positive feedback and higher engagement on internal communication channels.

Who We Are Looking For

• 2-5 years of experience in graphic design or visual communication.
• Proficiency is design tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator, along with AI-powered creative platforms like Midjourney.
• A sharp eye for layout, typography, and storytelling through design.
• Agility to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative spirit with openness to feedback and iteration.
