About The Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Blockchain Architect to lead the design and implementation of secure, scalable, and high-performance blockchain solutions. This role involves defining system architecture, guiding development teams, and ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize blockchain architecture, including nodes, consensus mechanisms, and distributed ledgers
- Evaluate and implement consensus protocols (e.g., PoS, PoW, Byzantine fault tolerance models)
- Apply advanced cryptography techniques for security and privacy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps and solution designs
- Ensure scalability, performance, and interoperability of blockchain systems
- Conduct architecture reviews, audits, and documentation
- Stay current with emerging trends and advancements in the Web3 space
- 12+ years in software engineering with strong expertise in blockchain technologies
- In-depth experience with consensus algorithms and cryptographic primitives
- Strong knowledge of smart contract development and distributed systems
- Proficiency with major blockchain frameworks (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger, Solana, Polkadot)
- Hands-on experience with system design, infrastructure, and cloud-based environments
- Solid understanding of security best practices in decentralized systems
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead technical decision-making
