About The Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Blockchain Architect to lead the design and implementation of secure, scalable, and high-performance blockchain solutions. This role involves defining system architecture, guiding development teams, and ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and optimize blockchain architecture, including nodes, consensus mechanisms, and distributed ledgers
• Evaluate and implement consensus protocols (e.g., PoS, PoW, Byzantine fault tolerance models)
• Apply advanced cryptography techniques for security and privacy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps and solution designs
• Ensure scalability, performance, and interoperability of blockchain systems
• Conduct architecture reviews, audits, and documentation
• Stay current with emerging trends and advancements in the Web3 space
  
  

Requirements:

• 12+ years in software engineering with strong expertise in blockchain technologies
• In-depth experience with consensus algorithms and cryptographic primitives
• Strong knowledge of smart contract development and distributed systems
• Proficiency with major blockchain frameworks (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger, Solana, Polkadot)
• Hands-on experience with system design, infrastructure, and cloud-based environments
• Solid understanding of security best practices in decentralized systems
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead technical decision-making
