We are looking for an Project Manager!

Mission: We are looking for a Project Manager to lead application development initiatives and infrastructures based on Cloud and DevOps. This professional will be responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of complex technological projects, managing deadlines, budgets and multidisciplinary teams. This is an opportunity to work on strategic and innovative projects, with a direct impact on the success of our clients and operations.

Responsabilities:

• Planning, coordinating and managing software development and Cloud & DevOps infrastructure projects.
• Ensuring alignment between project objectives and stakeholder needs.
• Supervising development, operations and QA teams, ensuring the delivery of quality solutions within the defined deadlines and budgets.
• Implement and monitor agile (Scrum) and DevOps practices to maximize process efficiency.
• Identifying risks and creating effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure regular communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Control project KPIs and prepare progress reports.
• Promote the adoption of modern tools and practices for continuous and scalable development in Cloud environments.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Management or related areas.
• Proven experience in managing technology projects, with a focus on application development and DevOps.
• Knowledge of Cloud tools and services (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud) and CI/CD practices.
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM or equivalent (preferred).
• Experience with agile (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional methodologies.
• Languages: Portuguese: Native | English: good level of speaking and writing (required) | French and Spanish: medium level (valued).
