📍 Location: Ideally Évora, Portugal (EU-based preferred, but open worldwide)

We’re looking for a Core TPM to join an international telco project with high visibility and complexity. If you thrive in cross-domain environments and know your way around IP protocols, mobile networks, and technical leadership — keep reading.
Your Profile
✅ 7+ years managing complex, cross-domain E2E tech projects
✅ Strong background in Telco Core networks, Cloud, and Data Center environments
✅ Skilled in scoping, risk analysis, estimation, and presales support
✅ Confident leading technical discussions and driving resolution
✅ Hands-on with IP Networking (OSPF, MPLS, BGP, VPNs, etc.) and Switching protocols (VLAN, STP, VRRP…)
✅ Autonomous, proactive, structured — and calm under pressure
✅ Excellent communication skills
Your Role
You’ll lead the full technical lifecycle of complex, strategic telco projects — from presales to delivery — acting as the glue between cross-functional teams, clients, and partners. As Customer Technical Project Manager (CTPM), you’ll guide teams across Analysis & Design, Integration, and Validation phases.
Projects may involve full E2E Nokia solutions or non-standard, high-impact initiatives — including 3rd party integrations.
Nice To Have
🌐 Familiarity with mobile networks (2G to 5G), IP/MPLS protocols, and Telco-grade architectures
🗣️ Portuguese is a plus
