Head of Plant Controlling Sector

Leading the development in ICE, Electro mobility and future propulsion technologies.

Your Contribution

• Responsible for month end close and reporting as will be defined, according to the corporate timeline
• Responsible for preparing the annual standard cost changes in SAP
• High analytic tasks to do analysis by product and split into MARS reporting system
• Responsible for CAPEX monthly tracking and CIP controls in partnership with operations
• Responsible for the API count in partnership with operations
• Lead annual Fixed Assets physical counts
• Oversees reports regarding cash flow
• Strong data and financial analytics skill. Ability to manage high volumes of information and convert into summarized conclusions and recommend actions
• Cost control from standards to actuals, ability to understand and explain key variance drivers
• Analyze, understand the manufacturing cost related to the plant and product
• Support plant manager with analysis, manufacturing production plans, forecast and projections accuracy
• Responsible for annual Budget and Monthly Forecast for OR and ONCF level
• Focus on PPI savings initiatives. Lead operational teams, providing cost analysis, to develop and implement cost reductions and correctives actions plans
• Maintain internal controls and highly adherence to company policies and procedures
• Work with support Finance Corporate shared service (accounting, tax, Customs, treasury, audit)
• Supports internal and external audits
• Capable to lead a new product launch in plant from the controlling perspective
  

Your Experience & Qualifications

• Basic skills and qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in finance and/or accounting
• 5+ years’ experience in similar position ideally in automotive sector
• 5+ years’ experience in SAP system
• Slovenia language, English language, German language is a plus
• Analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Innovative – continuous improvement
• Microsoft excel Advanced, fully knowledge in power point bridge reports
• Manufacturing / automotive sector experience
• Cost accounting experience
