Regulatory Business Analyst and Project Manager

We are supporting a leading private bank in Zurich that is looking for a Regulatory Business Analyst & Project Manager to join their Global Products & Solutions organisation.

In this role, you will support the end-to-end implementation of regulatory Change the Bank (CtB) initiatives, including business analysis, requirement definition, solution design, stakeholder coordination, testing, and rollout. The focus will be on Markets-related regulatory and reporting requirements such as MiFIR, FinFrag, EMIR, SEC, and FCA obligations.

To be successful, you should bring at least 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager in a comparable banking setup, a solid understanding of trading systems and products in the global private banking context, and strong IT affinity with knowledge of the SDLC and agile delivery models.

You will use tools such as Confluence, JIRA, and MS Office, work closely with stakeholders across multiple teams, and contribute to the continuous improvement of regulatory processes and reporting frameworks.

This is a 100% contract position based in Zurich, running until 31 December 2026, with an immediate start preferred.

Fluency in English (business fluent) is required; German is advantageous.
