What We're Looking For:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Machine Learning Engineers with a strong foundation in research and hands-on lab experience to join our innovative and fast-paced team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing and deploying cutting-edge machine learning solutions, particularly in Natural Language Processing (NLP), with a focus on advanced techniques such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). The ideal candidate is comfortable working with Agent Orchestration and Multi-Agent frameworks (e.g., crewAI, OpenAI Swarm, n8n), and is proficient in tools and libraries such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, and Hugging Face Transformers. A background in research and a track record of implementing experimental ideas in lab settings are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust ML module performing RAG, Agentic approach and orchestration of them.

• Optimize the AI-based logic for performance and scalability.

• Collaborate with backend/frontend engineers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

• Work within an agile development environment, participating in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Must-Haves:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience in backend development with a strong foundation in Python.

• Solid understanding of modern ML/AI frameworks such as langchain, and experience with databases.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to debugging and performance optimization.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

Big Pluses:

• Hands-on experience with integration of AI models into backend systems.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Participation in hackathons, AI projects, or open-source contributions.
