What We're Looking For:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Machine Learning Engineers with a strong foundation in research and hands-on lab experience to join our innovative and fast-paced team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing and deploying cutting edge machine learning solutions, particularly in Natural Language Processing (NLP), with a focus on advanced techniques such as Retrieval wAugmented Generation (RAG). The ideal candidate is comfortable working with Agent Orchestration and Multi Agent frameworks (e.g., crewAI, OpenAI Swarm, n8n), and is proficient in tools and libraries such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, and Hugging Face Transformers. A background in research and a track record of implementing experimental ideas in lab settings are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust ML module performing RAG, Agentic approach and orchestration of them.

• Optimize the AI-based logic for performance and scalability.

• Collaborate with backend/frontend engineers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

• Work within an agile development environment, participating in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Must-Haves:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience in backend development with a strong foundation in Python.

• Solid understanding of modern ML/AI frameworks such as langchain, and experience with databases.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to debugging and performance optimization.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

Big Pluses:

• Hands on experience with integration of AI models into backend systems.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Participation in hackathons, AI projects, or open-source contributions.
